I never believed in miracles until the day my school
newspaper bought Article Manager. The most impressive thing about the
whole program is the staff that work to make it what it is. They have
been more helpful than you could ever imagine. Then you have the actual
program. Talk about professional and affordable. It is the cheapest and
best solution I have found around. The nearest I found was £475 (UK Sterling)
and it wasn't half as good. We are always hesitant when spending money
for Internet products, but if you anything like us - wary of buying a
product - don't be if you're getting Article Manager. It has been worth
ever 'pound and penny' as they say. Already it is proving to be very fruitful
and I am looking forward to greater things ahead with Article Manager.

web sites and have found it of exceptional use. Initially a bit intimidating,
I did find that the documentation could be clearer - but that might be
the nature of learning proprietary tags and how it 'thinks' for the first
time. With a bit of familiarity it does become extremely adaptable.

Today is day 15 counting from the date of receipt of
the Article Manager and my client, who for the past three years has been
attempting to go on-line with their paper, and finding no satisfactory
way of so doing, is now up and running thanks to a great software package,
Article Manager. It's fantastic! One of the most happy clients I have
had in a long time. By the way I had just met the client five days prior
to receiving the software. Within 4 days after receipt I had developed
a site to demo using some of the the client's articles that were currently
printed in their paper and that day they gave me a go ahead for development.

Article Manager is great. It's easy to install, and
creating templates so that all pages display within the specified site
design is a simple task.
What I like most - and couldn't find in any other program
- is how comprehensive this software package is. You can use it to update
very different types of content throughout a site. One installation does
it all. If you have a need to create HTML docs on the fly, it can do that.
Want to provide a PDF file for downloading? It can do that. Want to supply
a little summary of that PDF doc to let folks know about what they're
about to download? It can do that too. How's about a What's New item with
a link to more information that includes an image file. Piece o' cake!
Oh and get this: If you change the design of your site,
you can simply change the design in your template(s) and republish all
content associated with Article Manager. Any page generated by Article
Manager will reflect the new design! If you've ever re-coded a couple
of hundred web pages you know that last one is a doozy.
One thing that I find my clients always have a need
for is a link management system. Yep - Article Manager can do that --
including breaking links to external sites into categories on one page.
My clients love this program -- it's easy for them to
use and it saves them money. And I've found that it absolutely takes me
out of the mundane web site maintenance loop, freeing up my time to do
bigger, better things.

Not only was it a breeze to setup, but it allowed superior control in
its look and feel.
One of the aspects i especially appreciated, was the

Article Manager has allowed us the flexibility and freedom
to run a news and information site with relative ease. The beauty of the
system is that articles can be updated or added simply through any browser.
This has allowed us to design a site that can be constantly updated, by
various poeple, without either the need to have a HTML editor handy or
web page design knowledge.
The page templates can be customised to suit most web
sites. Each section can have its own theme if need be. New Categories
can be added or changed at will and all existing documents can be automatically
updated. The search feature allows articles to be located and this provides
a good archival system.
We could have used an editor to do our site but Article
Manager saves us time and allows the site to be managed and content added
from multiple locations easily.
This has to be one of
the easiest programs to operate!

It is fantastic value for money at the price offered.
I needed to get our people from around Europe to contribute news items
and events to our corporate website and this system delivers with splendid

All of my writers love the ease and speed with which

I can confidently say that if it wasn't for this superb
program, I would still be updating pages after pages, over and over again,
changing a color, a graphic, a table size etc.! In fact, similar to thousands
of web developers out there, I had to make modifications during and after
the site was developed, many things that did not 'look good' anymore had
to be modified, material had to be added or removed. With "Article Manager",
no matter how little the modification in our 'News and Articles' section,
I knew that I only had to modify the templates in order to update 10's
of pages (which eventually will become 100's of pages). Furthermore, even
if I never had to change the look, changing and rotating my affiliate
programs is essential, in the same fashion, changing banners and codes
on a few templates is all I have to do update all my pages! Let's not
forget the straightforward and easy-to-use interface of Article Manager...

News Manager was close, but not enough controls, options and ultimately

It is fairly easy to set up "out-of-the-box" but is
also flexible enough to fit into any design you may be looking at via
customisation. We use the search tool and find it suitable for our needs.
We are particularly pleased by the usability of the article entry system,
which allows our team of natural health experts to type their articles
directly into the system from their practices throughout the UK or even
when they are lecturing abroad. Our editor is then able to check the content
from head office prior to publication on the site.
I would stress that we are experienced web site constructors

support staff to match. We recently purchased Artman and I experienced
a few technical issues installing and configuring the software. I was
very hesitant to contact tech support (even more so that it was email
based support) due to experiences in the past with previous companies.
Clearly Interactive Tools support staff is leaps and bounds above the
rest. I recieved a response to my inquiry within the hour. Not only was
the technician very courteous and polite, but very knowledgeable as well.
