Two years ago I had a single flat HTML page listing for local Real Estate Agents.
It was slowly starting to get some traffic. I looked at Listings Manager and
figured it would 'almost' do what I wanted to turn my single page into THE online
directory for local Agents.

I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with one of your products
that I purchased, Realty Manager. I have just purchased my second copy of this
program for another client. My business is very experienced dealing with software
installations on web servers (as well as developing my own solutions) for our
clients. During the installation of the software for the first client, I was
very pleased with the ease of the installation. The process obviously has had
a great deal of thought put into it and went flawlessly. Beyond that I was equally
impressed with just how flexible the software was after the installation. My
clients had some pretty demanding desires relating to my company integrating

A script that won't fall down under pressure.

Seven days to create a local real estate agency website! Why the rush? My client
was leaving a national franchised realtor to return his 30 year family agency
to 'solo' status. His last thought was a listings page under his own domain.
Three years previously I had created a static holiday rental page that required
few updates, but wasn't very interactive apart from a booking form. Now the
requirements were for inclusion of properties for sale and permanent rentals.
Both of which had to be easily editable by my client.
I looked at several companies that offered this type of cgi script. In fact,
I owned one of them. But that one had proved to be too complicated for the average
user and I have had to return to the site too often to fix it.
I found Realty Manager and contacted them on a weekend just to test how much
'support' was readily available if I ran into problems. I had a reply during
the weekend, and on the next working day got everything I had asked for: links
to existing users so I could contact them, and several ways that other people
had installed their programs.
I purchased the program and managed to muddle up the directories required.
A quick email with FTP details included and within 24 hours the guys at interactive
tools had things sorted out for me. My client wanted direct links to the three
sections, with browsing of the properties. It makes sense because with only
a limited amount of properties, if a visitor finds too many 'no results' with
search criteria they choose, they may get the feeling the website is 'dead'.
End result: One happy client who will hopefully not brag too much about how
I just need 7 days notice to put up a site!
My advice? For ease of use, support, price and a script that won't fall down
under pressure, get Realty Manager and build your own reputation along with
it.

I spent weeks searching for software that would allow me to set up a quality
Hotel Directory relatively quickly. As there didn't appear to be any software
out there that was purposely made for the job, I had to think about a similar
package that I could modify. I looked at the various classified programs but
none seemed to offer what I really wanted. I came across Interactive Tools Realty
Manager and after using the Demo, decided it would be perfect for me with a
few changes.
I found it very easy to install and the Template system was perfect for the
level of customization I needed. The whole script is obviously well written
and has a feel of quality about it which gives you confidence.
The staff have been very prompt and helpful with my questions prior to purchasing
Realty Manager and after. If this is the software you are after don't waste
time looking elsewhere, this is the one.

My company was looking for a database solution for a large real estate web
site. The client was looking for flexibility and the means by which to update
their site on a daily basis with ease. We toyed with the idea of developing
a custom solution for the site, but the cost was too prohibitive. That is when
we searched the Internet high and low for a third-party solution. We looked
at many titles ranging from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars.
When we ran across Realty Manager (then version 1.0), we were sceptical that
the software could perform as described for such a relatively inexpensive price
tag. Regardless, we purchased it for the client, installed it, and have never
suffered a moment of disappointment. This program delivered as promised!
Installation was easy, and customization of templates was a snap. After we
had it set up and running (which took no time at all), we were able to train
the realtors to use the administration interface within a single session lasting
about an hour.
At some point, we had some technical questions about the customization of the
software. We were delighted with the service response from interactivetools.com.
Our questions were answered the same day, and they even offered to FTP into
the site to make changes for us!
Since our initial purchase, we have purchased several more licenses for other
realtor sites. Packed full of features, and priced right, this is one of the
best deals on the market.
We have only one regret -- that interactivetools.com has not converted this
program into a small to medium e-commerce solution. If they ever do, they can
count on us to support the product.

I searched high and low for a comprehensive web database software for my client,
W.T. Adams & Co. REALTORS. Most of the Perl scripts I reviewed were either clunky,

The Realty Manager package was a perfect solution for my client's website.
The scripting includes templates that already look great, yet is highly customizable.
The result is a very user-friendly interface offering the possibility of many
