I didn't realize there was a .htaccess file in the instant website folder and I didn't copy it over with the other files when I launched the site. I just dropped it on the server, changed general info and it's working perfectly now.

Most web hosts have mod_rewrite enabled already and the .htaccess file that is included with Instant Website should enable it.

But, if for some reason your host doesn't have it (you'll know if the links don't work) just ask them to install it or login to the CMS and go under: General Info and set Link Type to the first option (which doesn't require mod_rewrite).

I have never taken the time to fully investigate and understand the category menu functions. It only took a couple of minutes of reading the template code to get the picture.

What a great product! It is going to save me a ton of time in the future.
