Is the MySQL Error occurs after or during your installation process?

Have you check if the MySQL username/password in /cmsb/data/settings.dat.php or /cmsb/data/settings.YOURDOMAIN.php is correct?

It could be that the access details are getting pulled from a setting file that has incorrect MySQL access.

Please let me know.

I've been trying to install an upgrade of CMSB (v3.03) and followed all the installation instructions as I have done many times in the past. (satisfied customer!!)

But this time I keep getting this error message:   MySQL Error: Access denied for user 'glands'@'192.168.%' to database 'smp02622_wrcicorguk'

As far as I can tell, I have the correct permissions, passwords etc, but still no luck. Any idea what's going on?
