<description><![CDATA[Hi.<br /><br />No problem. Looks like you are on the right track. Setting up the list page that links to the detail page is really easy. That's what CMS Builder does. List pages that link to detail pages. In fact, it even generates all the code for this. <br /><br />Once you get that part setup, check out this post by Dave:<br /><br /><a target="_blank" href="<br />http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=66131#66131<br />"><br />http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=66131#66131<br /></a><br /><br />That will show you how to get next and previous links on your detail page.<br /><br />Keep me up to date with how you are making out :).<br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the reply, guys!<br /><br />Is it possible to have, say, a list of products, each item in the list being a link to a detail page for that product? And the detail pages having Previous/Next links?<br /><br />My apologies if this is obvious, I really should just bite the bullet and buy, but it's not my money to spend and I need to make sure it does what we want :)<br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hi there.<br /><br />Thanks for posting!<br /><br />isdoo is on the right track, basically, if you go to one of your pages without adding the ?page=2 at the end of the URL, that page will just load the first item in the list.<br /><br />It's the same for list pages and detail pages.<br /><br />Let me know if we can go over this in anymore detail for you.<br /><br />Thanks!<br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[If you link to say www.mypage.com/products it would always display the latest article or product first. You can specify the sort order, so that the latest article or product is at the top.<br /><br />Iif you are limiting to one per page then it would be on the first page.<br /><br />You would then link to the List Page Url rather than the detail page URL.<br /><br />If you wish to have a longer article (multi-page) then simply link to the longer article in the detail page URL.<br /><br />Can't think of any way to always link to the detail page to show the latest, but if there is an obvious method that I have not thought of, then I am sure someone will respond :)<br /><br />Good luck with your site development :)<br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Was planning on purchasing a few months ago, got sidetracked on something else, and i'm now revisiting CMS Builder. I have another question:<br /><br />We have a list of product images, which would be displayed 1 to a page with previous/next links. From reading other posts &amp; looking at the sites of others, I can see that this part is easy. But I would like to know if it's possible to link to the most recent record in the hard coded link? <br />From what I can see, the records keep going up by 1 for every new page, so you get www.mypage.com/products/page=1, followed by page=2, etc. So how can you have a link that always goes to the most recent record?<br />]]></description>
