Yes, this can be done with a custom plugin that could copy content from one table to another table on save.

Can you please check your CMSB version?
List Field Jump plugin requires at least CMSB v3.03.

And are your list fields configured as:

Display As: pulldown
List Options: Get options from database (advanced)
Use this field for option values: num

I am new with CMSB with a limited knowledge of programming. I have added the List Field Jump plugin in my CMS but i cannot see anything beside the pull down menu of my list fields. Am i doing something wrong?
