I use a really easy and inexpensive third party program called Linklok from Vibralogic to act as the intermediary for both my CMSB Cookbook and some of my clients.

There's also a lot of implementation detail in my Cookbook http://www.thecmsbcookbook.com about setting up a combination of Linklok and the membership plugin.

I have this new project to quote on for a real estate and they want to be able to have it so that people can join the website and post their property online for sale, but they want to make it so that people have to pay say $20 to list the property before the listing is live.

eg
1. person joins the site and memebrship is paid either by paypal or payment.
2. person posts the property for sale online with images and information.

The person cant do step 2 unless step 1 is paid.

any help or ideas would be great please.
