Currently, getCategories doesn't support "ignoreHidden". We're going to be adding this for the next release.

If this is something critical that you need now, please send me an email at jason@interactivetools.com and I can send you some code/instructions to add this.

How do I force hidden records to appear? I have a development site where I want all records to appear regardless of whether or not the hidden box is checked.
