          <description><![CDATA[Hi Joe<br /><br />I agree. CSS is the way to go. Check out that tutorial and you should be good to go.<br /><br />I always find having an external CSS file and then linking to that from each page is the best way to go because whenever you edit the CSS later on, you are only making the change in one file.<br /><br />Keep us up to date with how you are making out :).<br />]]></description>
