Can you try this from the Create PDF readme.txt: 

Error: QSslSocket: cannot call unresolved function SSLv3_client_method (or similar errors)
Fix: Run this command on the server as root: yum install openssl-devel

Let me know if that works for you.

QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_client_method
QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_server_method

Would somebody have a version compiled for wkhtmltopdf-0.12.3_linux-centos5-i386?
