          <description><![CDATA[We have created a members only homeowners association website and need the ability to send plain text emails to all of the users within the cmsbuilder member list (Using the Membership module.)<br /><br />For example:  All the homeowners need to know the snow plows are running late and will be at the property by 1:00pm.<br /><br />So we want to add the ability to enter a message hit send and all 160+ members (That have emails associated to their account) would receive the email.<br /><br />PS<br />The admin user would be the only person able to send messages out.<br />]]></description>

          <description><![CDATA[We actually have it running a couple different ways.<br /><br />1.) Just a basic method of having all the incidents within the CMS database so that the tech department could keep better records.  (As apposed to just a bunch of emailed incident reports.)<br /><br />2.) We assign a username and password based on the ticket, which has added comment fields and can be accessed via the clients website and is drawn from the CMS builder database.  (This took a bit of programming.)<br /><br />In the 2nd instance we have a script which pulls pulls formatted tab delimited data from the emails body text and places it into separated fields for further processing.<br />]]></description>

Since the forms send an email using formmail on the same server, the emails never leave the server and are placed directly into the &quot;Incedent&quot; users pop account awaiting to be processed into CMS builder.<br /><br />We then have a cron job run the &quot;download mail&quot; plug-in every 15 minutes and update the CMS builder database.<br /><br />Works great for us.<br /><br />Chris<br />]]></description>
