I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that I keep posting on this forum... [;)] but I have another problem.
It's not interfering with any functionality, but I wanted to make sure it didn't pop up for my client because I know she'll just freak out and call me.

So, when I save a single page record in my CMS, it pops up with a little window that says the following:

The page at http://so-and-so.com says:
Warning : preg_match()[a href='function.preg-match'>function.preg-match]:
Compilation failed: range out of order in character class at offset 59 in so-and-so.com/html/cmsAdmin/lib/menues/default/save.php on line 99
[OK BUTTON]

The HTML comes up un-rendered like that too. Well, except the OK button, it's an actual button.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Is it as simple as editing line 99 of save.php?

Thanks,

Yes... but...
It would work, I could just hard code it in, but that would eliminate any changes becoming visible. It's meant to be a temporary thing until the client has time to enter in the ACTUAL url that she wants to link to.

So if the record hadn't had a new entry put in by the client it would direct to the contact page, but if she has had time to enter a url in that record it would direct to whatever she enters.

Hi,
This forum is getting a lot of posts from me these days.

I was wondering if it was possible to take a field like "web_url" that is in ever product listed in productList.php and replace it with a specific value.

For instance, I want to direct anyone who would click a link that would use web_url to contact_usPage.php instead. So I'd need to replace all of the "web_url"s in all of the product records to say "contact_usPage.php" instead of whatever they contain.

Is there a moderately simple way to do this?

Thanks,

Hello again,
I've come across another difficulty that my juicy brain can't seem to solve, although I'm hoping there's an easy fix.
It's probably just some little PHP thing.

The site I'm working on has a bunch of different brands in a sort of product catalogue. The client has a deal worked out with two of the different brands and wants to list their products first. Unfortunately it's not something that changing the alphabetical order could fix.
The brands are all listed under "$record['manufacturer']" and I know I can search for them using "productList.php?manufacturer=Example" However I want it so that when productList.php is loaded it shows "Lamp" brand items first then goes on to do "apple", "bench", "charlie" etc.

I'm hoping it's something easy with $options['orderBy']

Any ideas?

That probably makes this more difficult to solve.

help?
