Just in case I didn't make it clear - say I had a record with fields such as:

Name
Address
Phone No
etc..

and I want to switch off phone no. so it does not get seen until I switch it on - like the hidden field but I don't want to do all the record.

Hi,

How do I enable/disable a field in CMS Builder - basically I have a number of fields I am populating but need one of the fields to be disabled initially and then enable when I need it - like the hidden record but I don't want to hide all other fileds in record.

Hi,

I am trying to add 3 fields to the ViewerUrls section. I want to be able to show in the browsers address bar - the company name, town and county.

when I add the 3 fields into the Filename bit it will only shown 1 of the filed names and not the other 2.

Can you please let me know if there is a setting which only allows 1 field to show only. I wanted this for SEO purposes.

Hi Robin,

Many Thanks - that worked (the first 3 posts were removed), however as I use this page as a blog and when the posts are added, the most recent ones are shown on top.

Is there a way for me to have it so that the last 3 posts are omitted rather than the first 3 -.

Thanks for the reply - when I insert the where statement it shows the records as empty - do I insert the value 3 anywhere ?

Thanks for your reply - I wanted to keep the per page part - when I add the offset bit - it says canot use per page limit offset - I need to choose one.

Basically I have a home page where I only want to show the first 3 records and then I have a blog page and I want to show all records but start from the 4th record on wards.

I hope this makes sense.

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I want to beable to start showing the records from say 3 onwards rather than from the beginning.

I currently have per page limit set to 10 as shown below but not shure how to start showing records from 3. (1 and 2 are not shown).

Yes you're correct -re-pasted from working one and it worked - and many thanks for that -

I simply copy and pasted and it appears everytime I do this for some reason not everything is copied correctly. - my mess up so sorry for the hassle.

Hi,

I've tested this and it appears it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. if I use a text box or wysiwyg the same thing happens, works intermittantly. really strange.

Thanks for quick reply - I tested it with text box and it worked so cheers for that.

The funny thing is it works on some wysiwyg so not sure why this is - do I need to upgrade tinymce - do you think ??? I would prefer to have it set to wysiwyg because it gives flexibility to embed code or add images.

also I wanted to be able to justify text and this editor doesn't have it

also the code was not copied correctly:

I did embed a video and that worked fine - but amazon code is not working. I'll also try changing it to text field.

Hi,

I was trying to integrate amazon widgets but I am having a little problem.

I have setup a field with wysiwyg and click on html and paste in the code provided by amazon.

Unfortunately once saved - I can't see the widget - If I enter text in wysiwyg and save, I can see the text.

Not sure why this is happening - any help would be really appreciated.
