Is it possible to turn the numbers from the counter in to letters, so, 1,2,3,4,5 will become a,b,c,d,e?

There are not that many teams that need sorting, but there are a lot of players that do need it; the counter works great (Thanks a lot!), but the ranking field would be nicer for the site admin, because he would be able to see the numbers while he´s draging the players. Is possible to achieve the ranking field ?

Is there a way to hide a record while is being edited?

Sometimes the updates take a while, and while the record is being edited, the user of the website sees incorrect or incomplete data.

I´m using Dreamweaver to hide the records, but, Is there a way to hide a record using the cmsbuilder?

I´m using the CMS Builder to build the cms of an sports web site. As you can imagine there are a lot of rankings in this websites; top 5 players, top 10 teams, etc.

Right now, in order to edit these rankings i'm using lists of numbers. The editor has to choose a number from a list ,and assign it to a certain item. 

For instance:

1. team star.
2. team sun.
3. team moon.

I thought that i could use the option "get options from the database" to make this process easier and faster for the editor,

      Making a list ,

      getting options from the database,

      using the "dragSortOrder" field .

But, instead of getting: 

1. team star.
2. team sun.
3. team moon.

I got:

      30. team star.
      20. team sun.
      10. team moon.

A zero is added and the order is inverted. I used the "num" field but, it didn't work either, because the number from the "num" field it´s not related to the position of the record.

So, my Question is: Is there an automatic way to make rankings, based on the positions of the records?

When I read in your post :" multi-value" everything made sense. My mistake was using a simple pull-down list, instead of a pull-down (multi value) list.  Now, it  displays more than one logo.   http://www.fecofutsalon.com/logotestdetail.php    Thanks for that.

Yes I used that zip file. It works,  but i´m having some difficulties increasing the limit of records.  I changed the 'limit' number but, still, it just shows the first record:  http://www.fecofutsalon.com/logotestdetail.php

I've been trying to create a MASTER IMAGE LIBRARY. An editor with images that i can select later through a list that get options from a database.

I tried a solution posted in this link: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/forum-posts.php?postNum=2211115#post2211115  . It worked. But i can´t increase the number of records. Thanks for the update. I´ll erase the comments lines until the update comes. I have another question: in the general settings, i checked the option " Expert mode - don't show instructions or extra html in Code Generator output " but the instructions keep appearing. Is this a bug?

I changed the settings you suggested and initially didnt worked. I made another changes on  my own. 

After I paste the generated code the first time the image didn´t show up:

I have 2 questions,

Why the code comments interfere with the picture display?

How can we fix this?

I recently bought the cms builder, I install the software and I´ve been creating sections, I have a problem with the upload fields: I’m uploading images and they dosent show up.  

In this link http://www.fecofutsalon.com/amfcms.php you can see the info uploaded trough the wysiwyg field.  But ,the image http://www.fecofutsalon.com/cmsAdmin/uploads/head-cont.jpg   doesn´t  show up. I think is an error in the "Admin > General Settings" but i can´t make any changes there. 

If you see the source of the link  http://www.fecofutsalon.com/amfcms.php you´ll see that the image src it´s wrong, like this:  <img src="//uploads/head-cont.jpg" width="985" height="350" alt="" />  the cmsAdmin is missing form the img src.

I need help with this, thanks in advance
