Red X image

It is not a URL. They are images from my computer which I upload to the site. I have a hundred or so already there that I uploaded in the same manner. I've never hand any problem before. Thanks for your help.

I am uploading an image and getting a red x, which when clicked shows a 404. My image is a good file name, and I have tried several. Any suggestions
