Hello all,

I haven't logged into to CMS Builder in some time, and am now getting an error when I try to pull up the admin.php page. The error is:

getPage: Error opening socket: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (10060)

The server it's hosted on is our own, so I know there hasn't been any upgrades to the server. Does anyone know what may be causing this? There are similar errors in posts, but no solutions were published.

Hi Dave,

I'm having a problem too with php displaying blank in the browser. This is directly related to the fact that I moved the site from one directory to another. I have copied the text to generate errors into the php page and am now getting this:

Warning: require_once(D:/A10 Websites/www.soldiersandsailorsmuseum.org/cmsAdmin/lib/viewer_functions.php) [[url "http://www.soldiersandsailorshall.org/function.require-once"]function.require-once[/#0000ff][/url]]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\A10 Websites\www.soldiersandsailorshall.org\veteran-registry-list.php on line 12

The problem is that it's looking for the viewer_functions.php at the old location. I've updated everything in CMS admin, but that didn't resolve this error. Do you know what I need to update to get it to look for viewer_functions.php in the new location?

The other two viewers are also detail viewers, but unlike the "News Detail" one, the other two have only one record. Where should I try adding the [font "Verdana"]'allowSearch' => '0' to?

Multiple viewers on filtered detail page

I have a detail page that has some additional viewers on it. All viewers work properly when I go directly to the page. However, when the detail page is filtered by linking to it from the list page, the two additional viewers do not display their content (I guess it's filtered out??).

I'm using PHP 5.2.9.9.

I have to admit I don't particularly like just displaying the field as is, especially since the time will always be 00:00:00. There are several date formats that I wouldn't mind using. Currently, I have the format like Dec 31, 1969.

I am using version 1.27 (just installed within the last couple of weeks). I see that 1.28 just came out last week. Do you recommend that I update it?

I am working on setting up CMS Builder on the site of a National Military Museum & Memorial Hall. The site has some sections where details about veterans are listed. Some of the fields I added to this section are for the dates born, died and married. As this is a historical site, some of these dates occurred before 1900. I have noticed that for every date before 1900, it is displayed as Dec 31, 1969, although it is being stored correctly in the database. Can anyone explain why this is happening and what I might do to fix it?

I just deleted the dragSortOrder column from the MySQL table (from within MySQL) and when I went back to CMS Builder, it added it again.

Well, it really could just be me, but that is not working at all. I've tried just about every possible combination of deleting the field and deleting the settings from the General and Sorting tabs. Any other ideas?

I'm using the most recent version of CMS Builder (1.27). I have a section that I want to order alphabetically. I cannot get rid of dragSortOrder. I've tried deleting the field - it's still there when I refresh. Deleting dragSortOrder from the top just throws an error. What am I doing wrong?

I am attempting to install CMS Builder for the first time (v 1.27). After clicking Finish on the "One Minute Install" page, I am getting a MY SQL error informing me the cms_accounts table doesn't exist. It's true; that table doesn't exist, but I haven't seen anything in the CMS builder documentation about creating tables in the database. Does anyone know if I need to do something to create that table or should the install be creating it?

By the way, we purchased CMS Builder over a year ago, and I've never had the time to do anything with it. So, needless to say, our 90 day installation help window has expired. I sent an email to support@interactivetools.com last week regarding this issue, but haven't received a reply. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
