Hubspot Query Strings UTM tags causing Website to get error message

We have started to use hubspot for our email marketing campaigns and we are running into an issue as we would like to drive all of our emails to interactive tools cms websites but as hubspot automatically adds tracking query strings to all links that are added to emails. When an email is received and the interactivetools CMS build website we get the following message:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-settings.php on line 472 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-settings.php on line 487 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-settings.php on line 494 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-settings.php on line 530 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-includes/cache.php on line 103 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-includes/query.php on line 21 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/programs/wp-includes/theme.php on line 623

I have added an attachment print screen of the error message below

and this is the link that hubspot is driving them to:

http://programs.capa.org/mlp?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9z9YXktganKdV_Q8PioWS0L4jwnwpLFFeN7vhOQ-iIIQ2PYpxCWZ9FgCrOeI_Q6Bt5FacVaHsKljD3twfr8LnlePBn2Q&_hsmi=12591323

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
