Just purchased CMS builder and had Interactive install the program. Problem ....I cannot save (see below) as there is no button or drop down or anything ...no save button appears on the menu.

I'm using your tutorial and just getting started Help! Click the Add Field button on the bottom-right. A window will appear, prompting you to enter the Field Label, Field Name, and Field Type. Type the word "Summary" into the Field Label box. You'll notice that the Field Name is automatically filled in as before. Now choose "text box" for the Field Type. Once you do this, some other options will be revealed. We can skip over these for now since everything we need for our Summary Description field is already set up. Click Save to create the field. NO SAVE BUTTON TO CREATE THE FIELD.

Index Page - Multiple Installs?

Hello,

I have several questions:

1. My index page is showing a comindex.shtml. I made the changes so that my domain address was my index page. Then for no apparent reason to me it added an extensions after the domain.com of comindex.shtml. Where the heck did that come from? I don't see it in my index page settings either???

2. It appears on my server that I have multiple installations which is confusing for the root directory.

3. My server is timing out when I try to create an article at times. Not all of the time. But, it is normally pretty fast...but at times it either times out or is very very slow...like 30 seconds +. Any ideas?

Thanks!

So, when I type in xxxxx.com it points to a index page at my domain but none of the news I've added is displayed in the middle section. I get (an error occurred while processing this directive]and it is the original message that Interactive tools put inside for a test message???

Thanks!
