          <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Dave, I'm happy to say I've now fixed the problem, and yes, the message I wanted to edit was hard coded. Luckily, once I had gained FTP access, I was able to change it very easily. Thanks for your offer of help! Steve</p>]]></description>
