CMS Builder 1.23 - Incorrect Date range since New Year

Greg,

It doesn't seem possible to do this manually as the year range only goes from 2006 to 2012 (as shown in the screenshot). Am I missing something or is there a system file that needs editing?

A client who's using CMS Builder has just noticed that the date is defaulting to 2006 since 1st Jan 2013. I've logged in to take a look and it's true. Also the available date range that can be selected runs from 2006 to 2012. The attached image may explain things better.

I need to change this but how?
