All I want is the upgrade. It upgraded in the time between me receiving the order and finding a server running compatible versions of PHP and MySql software. Also thankfully you have added the .htaccess issue. That should reduce the overall issues people will experience.

In this instance YOU yourself in your locked thread above have suggested you DO not deserve a donation just yet and to enter ZERO - your dumb form still treats this as a new order and insists on a payment method.

I would not mind filling all the details in - except that you guys took several days to find my previous orders - what do you do with the orders if they are not goin into a searchable DB.

Shouldn't you guys after all this time have found a way to get updates out to paying customers in a less unwieldy way.

Wow from one extreme to another.

Looks like this version's requirments are hardly supported anywhere.

Still looking to find any of our existing suppliers or servers which meet the requirements.

Upgrading is such a big issue - PHP and or MySql seem to enevitably stop functioning on perfectly good stable installations.

Why withdrawn perfectly good stable universally compatible products and roll out bleeding edge products with very limited support and worse still if you can install CMS 1.1 you can bet most of the legacy apps will not survive the scores of PHP MySql issues.

Looking forward to seeing it working!

Why are there not online demos as there are for the other products? Hosting compatibility?!

And while I am in full flow, some of the best bits of information are hidden in a unexpectedly worded phrase. If the answer is not specifically mentioning the problem - no one will ever find it.

Some keywords of adding of extra sections might make the information easier to find.

I also find the documentation is too lightweight and the forum sometimes very in depth. Some howto items based on existing posts could help the information get out!!

We have a bit on general image manipulation and various bits that relate to the users dialup or connection and maybe file and data structure present in the organisation.

Many aspects are common to all products. We then have a mix and match process to create the perfect user manual for the particular client.
