Uploads Do Not Have Proper Permissions

Hello,

I run an CMS on an IIS 6.0 server on windows 2008 and had everything running fine for about 3 months in test mode. Uploads were working fine. I recently registered my domain name and changed all of my paths to be relative paths with that url. When a file is uploaded, it does not get the permissions of the upload folder. This holds true for all new upload fields on the site.

I have gone to the PHP.ini file and added an uploads temp folder and set the permissions correctly on that folder, however the problem still occurs.

I have checked all of my paths, and the file is ending up in the correct place, but with the wrong permissions.

Any Clues

Robert Racine
