As a designer working primarily in print, I've now found myself creating websites for the first time. I'm trying to get my head around the basics of CMS - so forgive me for this possibly stupid question.

What is the order of events that need to happen for making CMS Builder part of a web site? Is it:
1)Create a website
2) upload it to a server
3) purchase CMSB
4) Customize the sections
4) Paste the code
?????????

Just wondering if you need to have a site host lined up before purchasing CMSB.

Thanks for any help.
