News Page function request

Would it be pissible to add a function to the admin that says something like: "automatically add link to news summaries" ? Then the user could just click the box and you could automatically generate some PHP code to add a link to the detail page.

I know I could always paste something like this into each item:

But, I seems like a common task that you could semi automate.

When creating a custom page I need to add dozens of new fields. Lots of times its quite repetitive.
for example if I create the following:

Resident Rate for monday textfield resident_rate_for_monday

I have to retype the following from scratch (I make many typo's)

Resident Rate for tuesday textfield resident_rate_for_tuesday

Could you add a simple duplicate option to make data entry easier.

WYSIWYG Field problems

Is there a way to configure the WYSIWYG box to use the CSS files my page is linked to? Also, I'm having a problem using the "link" function. I highlight some text, click on the "link" symbol, enter something like test.html in the box, click update then .................. the anchor tag get changed to point to /cmsAdmin/test.html . It doesn't seem right
