I would like to use the same codebase for a number of clients, but rather than having separate instances of code and database, I'd like to use one code base and multiple databases. How could I switch between databases dynamically?

Volodymyr

The WYSIWYG field editor - has multiple problems:

- When any of the insert boxes (image, media, etc.) is clicked a pop-up panel appears but is all plain grey
- When I attempt to copy ad paste an image, the image does not show up
- Clicking the HTML button generates a blank white popup screen

I this a browser or permissions problem?

Volodymyr

Product strategy

I have used software from InteractiveTools for several years now, and am very pleased with the technology, and appreciate the technical skills of people at the company. What is frustrating though, is that product strategy is poorly articulated. For example, I have several clients using AM2. Tha AM2 product seems to be slowly sinking out of sight - there are no new releases of it. Should I read between the lines and assume it will end up on the "discontinued" pile? Or is AM2 going to be merged into CMS Builder? It would help a great deal to know that there was thought behind the product strategy. I don't think I can tell my clients that we have to swap out the CMS becuase our third-party vendor is a little capricious.

Also, the company has a hard time articulating product differences. Having used both AM2 and CMS Builder, I now know exactly how they differentiate. But try finding a good comparison on the IT site, let alone a good argument for using CMS vs. Joomla.

Can CMS Builder handle different character sets? I am trying to implement a Cyrillic character set. I know that MySQL handles it, but when I enter Cyrillic into a record using CMS Builder and save it, the result comes back as question marks.
