Wysywig image upload editor limitations

I am using the default wysywig editor with CMS Builder to upload images inside a table and get an error: Max uploads of 25 already reached. How can I change this limit to a higher number?

Donna - I sent you a support ticket on this. The editor only saves up to a certain amount of characters. I've searched everywhere for any limitations and cannot find any. It saved all my other category pages with similar content. There are no error codes, the CMS just simply will not save the changes made. Please reply. Thank you!

I have a 25 page site and am trying to save the content I have added in the admin editor for one of the pages and it will not save the file. I have tried numerous browsers and different times, but to no avail. I even recreated the section editor and re-copied all files. I know the code is correct because at one time it did save a snippet of information that did view in the browser when I refreshed the page. But I cannot get it to save the balance of the data. Data on all other pages has been saving and viewing correctly. Any suggestions. Thanks.

My client wants to upload pdf files from the wysiwig editor, but it is only set to upload gif, jpeg and tiff files. How can I change this to add a pdf extention? Thanks,

I have 301 redirect in an htaccess file converting the old htm files to php which is converting all organic links just fine in google. However, client has a PPC campaign and is getting file not found notices on server responses because a ? is being placed behind the php extension. Has anyone else experienced this problem, is CMS causing this issue? Any suggestions?

I am getting this character "Â" when typing in the cms editor and type a double space after typing a period to start the next sentence. If I single space, it does not show up. It appears even if I copy paste or type directly. I have to edit through all my client content to only single space after a period. Any clues to make this easier?

I have copyright and trademarks that I have placed in the code with html '©' and '™' respectively and get some weird symbol output from the editor. I've stripped the code and re-ad but keep getting same output. Any suggestions?

Hi Ross - thanks for responding. I have to have the actual css code in the header for the editor to recognize the css in the "styles" dropdown (inside the editor). It's a long css list and to cut down the code for SEO purposes, is there a way to "link" the css so that the editor will recognize the css in the "styles" dropdown? Thanks,

Duplicating Page Editors

I searched the forum but could not find, probably not searching proper key words...Is there an easy way to duplicate an existing page editor and just changing field names? All my pages will have similar structure so instead of adding fields manually, if I could just copy existing and change fields before saving?

Ok. Found the problem. I added the css in the editor dropdowns to the site web page :

and all is viewing OK.

For SEO puposes, how can I have the css show up in the cms editor and get it to allow the css edits with a "linked" css file:

I have my css showing up OK in the editor. I have cleared any pre-formatting and applied the new css from the dropdown. After I save my page, it does not update the actual webpage. Also, I am getting the letter "c" showing up at random in the cmsAdmin editor text areas. Any clues?

I want to use straight css, so when my client chooses an P, H!, H2, etc. in the wysiwyg editor it will automatically format what I have set in my css file, so they won't have to choose size, color, etc. Thanks, Marsha.

Client has 3 business he wants under one website: a real estate biz, an auction biz, and a general consulting biz. Can CMS Builder use the Realty/Listing Manager interface and do I need to purchase those licenses too to interface? Thanks, Webmac!
