We've release CMS Builder v1.02. The changes are mostly cosmetic: improved errors messages, minor design changes, etc. You can see the list of changes here:

As Chris pointed out in another thread, even if you enter "0" the upgrade form still requires you to enter all the same information as if you were placing an order. Use this link instead to bypass all that:
