Hi,
I test your CMS and I have a question.
The value for 'View Website' URL in General Settings is :
/#setThisInAdminMenu
It is a correct value ?

That's the normal default, yes.
You can set that to whatever makes sense for you, such as to your root at http://www.example.com or point it directly to the most important viewer page that you've set up, like http://www.example.com/News/newsList.php or similar.
To set this value, login to CMS Builder and go to Admin > General.
