Hi Dave, I was wondering why you guys did not elect to use the Spaw editor for CMSB? http://spaweditor.com/en/disp.php/en_products/en_spaw/en_spaw_demo It has a lot of nice feature. Just curious. Mell

We've used a few different wysiwyg editors over the years. We actually started with our own which was one of the most popular back in the day (htmlarea). Since then we've tried some commercial ones by different vendors. When I last researched it TinyMCE seemed to be the most popular, had a nice API, and a compatible license (LGPL).
If you really wanted to, there's no reason why you couldn't drop in a different wysiwyg editor. It might be a bit of work though.
