Have a look at: http://www.impactcrc.org/aboutus.html
I want each paragraph to be an article... and I have not a clue how to set it up. [:/]
I know about "page viewer", but I've not a clue about "list viewer" etc....
Thanks for your time.

Is this the only page of it's type on the site? If so, you'd probably be better off creating a new section called "About Us", setting the section type to "single page", and adding fields for: mission statement, when, where, the run down, the crew.
Then just use a page viewer to show that page and only that page.
If you have something like events where you have lots of pages with the same format but with different information then you'd use a list viewer to show a list and page viewer to link to a page with more detail.
Hope that makes more sense. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
