I have a client that sent me the following email:
I am able to log on with the client's username and password and all is well, it logs right on... no question of cookies.
Anyone have any ideas?
I am having trouble getting logged in to update the website. It tells me that I do not have cookies enabled – but I do. I have specifically added crcongregation.org to the “allowed” sites for cookies. I have even tried changing my setting to allow cookies all the time from every site. … nothing works.

Anyone have any ideas?
Have a nice day....

Is it possible they are using any of our other software besides CMS Builder? I just checked but I don't know of any error messages that CMS Builder outputs that say the user doesn't have cookies enabled.
Can you ask them the url of the program giving them the error, the error message, and their browser? You can email those to me privately if you like (dave@...)
Hope that helps!

Other Interactive Tools software?? Hmmmmmm..... well yeah....[blush]
I found that I had not deleted the /pp folder in the /cgi-bin folder. [:/]
I have asked them to try again. We'll see what happens. [;)]
Thanks for the quick response.
