We use Gossamer Forum from http://www.gossamer-threads.com/

Maybe one day we'll write our own, but we haven't got around to it yet. :)

I can also recommend Invision Power Board. I use it for a 150 user base and it's worth every penny when I consider the time I used to spend updating freeware.

I can recommend ip.board too. It's my forum software of choice. [:)]
