No Save Field to save data

Just purchased CMS builder and had Interactive install the program. Problem ....I cannot save (see below) as there is no button or drop down or anything ...no save button appears on the menu.

I'm using your tutorial and just getting started Help! Click the Add Field button on the bottom-right. A window will appear, prompting you to enter the Field Label, Field Name, and Field Type. Type the word "Summary" into the Field Label box. You'll notice that the Field Name is automatically filled in as before. Now choose "text box" for the Field Type. Once you do this, some other options will be revealed. We can skip over these for now since everything we need for our Summary Description field is already set up. Click Save to create the field. NO SAVE BUTTON TO CREATE THE FIELD.

Hi lsjsandiego,

There should be a "Save" button at the top-right part of this dialog box. If you're not seeing this, submit a second-level support request here so that we can take a look at your installation:

Try using another browser is you have one available and let us know if there is any difference.

Some browser plugins and user-agent changing programs cause the browser to be identified incorrectly and send the wrong CSS which makes the window too small to show the save button.

The save feature does not appear in either Firefox or IE. I tried that before I posted this question.....good thought though. Now what? I passed on the user id other info you requested from me to Jake. Can someone look at this? Thanks.

Hi lsjsandiego,

I couldn't find your ticket in the system. Can you email me CMS and FTP login details to dave@interactivetools.com and I can take a look? (Email, don't post login details to the forum).

Hope that helps!
