I have a real estate client that wants to have 2 - 3 featured homes rotating on the home page. does anyone know if the CMS or Realty Manager can handle this? They will be updating those things themselves.
Thanks so much.

Yes - it is possible and fairly easy to make it happen with CMS Builder.
You can pull from a random pool of homes OR show any home that is checked as featured OR a combination of both.
When you are ready to make it happen, post back with any questions.
Definitely look at the Documentation - http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/cmsbuilder/viewer_options.html - there are all kinds of neat tricks in there.

If all you want is to show a random featured listing on each page load that's pretty easy. If you want to to dynamically rotate or fade between listings you'll need to find a flash or javascript widget to do that. But yes CMS Builder can handle that.
