Split detail pages from one list page

I'm converting an existing site for an author client and I'm stuck.

For her "Media Kit" section I’ve created a multi record editor that contains a large number of fields.

I’d like to use one listing page, but be able to split the information from the multi record editor over more than one detail page to match her original format.

If there’s only one record then there’s no problem as you can see at:

http://www.ericaminer.com/mediakit.php

The problems come in when there’s a second or third record and when navigating between the 2 detail pages for each record.

Right now there's only one record and I've hard coded the links to navigate back and forth between the detail pages, but that obviously won’t work with more than the one record.

Any ideas of how to accomplish this?
