Sub Catgories

I've just started to use the CMS and have found a problem, our current client a residential develop has many sites/developments with many properties per site.
I'd like to set the structure of site so that we would first have a property section listing our sites/developments, each site would have many sub pages to list individual properties.
- Property section (1)
-- no. one, Site/Development page (possibly 20)
--- Individual property (possibly 100)
-- no. two, Site/Development page (possibly 20)
--- Individual property (possibly 100)
-- no. three, Site/Development page (possibly 20)
--- Individual property (possibly 100)
I would image this could work simply navigating to section (as seen down right have menu). On list page clicking site/development title taking user to list of properties.
I was hoping this was standard for multi records. How do we acheve this effect?
Regards,

Hi Martin,
The "Category" menu type might work well for that. Have a look at the code and instructions in this post:

Note that you don't need to update your viewer_functions.php file as it already has all the code you need if you're running a recent version.
