creating article manager app with cms builder

Hi,

As Article manager is no longer available can anyone advise how simple it would be to re-create this app in cms builder, having already used article manager we have a client who needs this type of application, are there any pre created templates which would provide all the required functionality that can be used within cms builder.

Article Manager is still available! You can find it here:
http://www.interactivetools.com/products/articlemanager/

There's no need to switch if it already does what you need and you are familiar with it.
