I had a client delete there installation, and wipe out there database after I had turned the site over to them. Is their a way that I can download CMSBuilder with the installation files so I can remedy this if it ever happens again?

Hi ConradTTG,
Yes, just download via FTP the /cmsAdmin/ folder and any php files you created on the site. Then use phpMyAdmin or a similar tool to export the database content as a .sql file.
How did the client manage to erase their install and database? You might check with the web host to see if they have backups. Sometimes they do.
Hope that helps!

They changed their domain name, and purchased a new hosting plan. They uploaded the new site that I designed, and never transferred over the old files before they cancelled the hosting for their old site.

Ok, it might be worth checking with the old host. Some keep the files around for a while. Often not but it might be worth a try.
In any case, I hope the backup method helps in future!
