URL encoding problem - fairly urgent

I am having a problem calling up a url which I am entering as a string in a textfield. I have no control over the URL format which is: (there are several of these files to be linked)
There is a space between "World" and "Pro" in the directory name. The CMSB does not seem to be handling this well and I am getting an error when referring people to this URL.
You can see the entry at www.lakesideworlddarts.co.uk. The games are in progress and I hope that you can urgently assist me.

Ignore my request ... the problem is not CMSB.
Just spoke with the BDO webmaster and he has disabled hotlinking so we are going to work around this.
