New install of cmsb going nowhere! No support from interactivetools.com for 7 days. Downloaded 1.23, followed instructions, changed all my permissions...Internal Server Error when trying to run admin.php. Downloaded 1.24 (...and you want a donation?), changed all my permissions...Internal Server Error. From forum it's probable that this is a "permissions" problem but what else do you want me to do (besides pay more money for install service)? Why no response from support in a week (...again...besides wanting me to pay for ticket)? Would love to love your product but right now feeling nothing.

markr,
Sorry you're having problems. This seems to be the first post (30 min ago) from you that I can find in the forums. What's your support ticket number that you've been waiting 7 days for a response to? I'll check it out for you.

Thanks, we fixed that for you. You should have a response in your email.
We typically reply to all support tickets within one business day. Tickets over 24 hours actually appear in red at the top. But there's a glitch with our ticket system , though, that if you reply before then it resets the counter. It looks like that happened a couple times here.
It's a 3rd party system and we're working on a fix for that. It's very annoying for everybody.
If you ever have a delay in future feel free to post here, phone in or email me direct (dave@interactivetools.com) and we'll make sure it's taken care of.
Hope that helps!
