Image Resizing Question

When you have an image upload as part of a record, there is an option that states "Resize images larger than: [width] [height]". When I select this option I am getting a different result that I would expect.
It works as I expect it to when the image I am uploading exceeds the specified dimensions. But when the dimensions are less, my expectation is that no resizing will occur, but instead the image is up-sized to match the specified dimensions. Is this the correct behavior? If so, I think that line of text in the CMS should be edited to more accurately describe what is going to happen.

Hi jdancisin,
No, it shouldn't do that. I can't reproduce that behaiour locally. Can you email me the steps to reproduce it and the image you are using? I can look into this further if you like.
Also, let me know which version of CMS Builder you are using.
Hope that helps!

You know, i think I might be crazy. I am not able to replicate this behavior myself. But I swear it was happening yesterday! Oh well.
