where can I edit my page links in admin.php

The page links on the left side of the section editor page, where can I edit them? I want to use them to access other control panels on my site.

Before: (what I have now)

http://www.mysite.com/cmsAdmin/admin.php?menu=my_other_app

After: (what I'd like to have)

http://www.mysite.com/myotherapp/index.php

...I mean...the links that "appear" on the admin.php page.
