Hi Steve,

There's no automated way to do it. So you'd either be copying and pasting, or you could try upgrading to AM2 to get the data in MySQL and then moving it over from there. Anyway you do it, it will probably be a fair bit of work.

How many articles and uploads do you have?

Hi Dave -
We only have around 150 to 200 articles so it's not so much work it's unimaginable. On the other hand there's not a huge need to do it, so it may be better to let the article part of the site stay. There again, in two years time it would be a bigger job if there were a more compelling reason to do it.

I'd get the CMS part all setup and then decide. It easy enough to leave them as html files for now and slowly import them over time. We could write a custom script to do it but it would probably be cheaper to just do the data entry for under 200 articles.
