Can't Upload

I'm attempting to set up a list page where I will have a description and then link to an uploaded pdf file. When I attempt to upload I get this message.
Temp Upload dir '' does't exist! Ask server admin to check 'upload_tmp_dir' setting in php.ini.
First time to set up this type of page and I am confused.

Hi ThreeTree,
That's a bug that was fixed in the latest version. It's an error check to make sure your server isn't mis-configured, but it sometimes appeared incorrectly.
Upgrading will fix it.

This is a brand new installation (1/29/09) for a client site that Interactive Tools did for me. I don't think I should have to upgrade. Install was done by Ross who was very helpful.

If we installed it recently then we can upgrade it for you. Just email Ross (reply to the last email if possible) and we'll take care of it for you.
