Occasional error when uploading

Howdy,
On the odd occasion when uploading files (into a upload field in CMS), the dialog box does funny stuff when it is uploading...
Take a look at the attached screengrab - the main cms page reloads itself in the upload dialog.
I have to f5/refresh to get back to the proper window, and it hasn't uploaded anything.
Also, sometimes in the section editor section, when saving table amends I also get a few funny errors:
a) Pop up dialog simply saying <html></html>
b) Pop up dialog saying 'error loading field list'
It all only happens on odd occasions, and never poses a problem other than needing a quick refresh, but it's been happening to me for ages and on many installs so finally thought I'd post it here to see if anyone else has this problem, or a fix.
It doesn't bother me, but not ideal if it's happening for a client...
Using FF3 by the way - not sure if it happens in IE.
Any thoughts, much appreciated
Rob

Hi Rob
Those are very interesting problems you are describing. The fact that the main page loads in the popup instead of the file upload makes me think the session data isn't being stored properly so the program doesn't remember you've logged in already.
I am going to need to do further testing on this one. Could you send me an email to ross@interactivetools.com with your FTP details?
Thanks!
