recreate thumbnail error in version 1.27

While trying to recreate thumbnails I received the following error message:
Error:
Notice: Undefined variable: tableNameWithoutPrefix in /hsphere/local/home/gkornblu/jkwebdesigns.com/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/database/actionHandler.php on line 136
done
I tried re-uploading the actionHandler.php but that didn't help and re-creating the upload fields.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

It worked perfectly.
So many details... So little time.
These two posts will quickly get lost below the fold.
How about a permanent thread on the forum for bugs and fixes that relate to specific versions?

Glad that got you going. We've thought about different threads for things like that but they would be difficult to maintain.
I always just use the search to find things I need. Even for this thread, I looked up the other one by doing a quick search on part of the error message.
