Thanks for getting back in touch :).
Going over phpMyAdmin is probably a bit more than we can do on our forums. I suggest contacting your webhost and asking them what options you have for exporting all your data. They might have some tips on using phpMyAdmin as well.

First check with your host to confirm they are using phpMyAdmin. Some hosts use other mysql tools.
I did a quick Google search and found lots of tutorials for using phpMyadmin online:
