Can I use CMS to similar to a blog where visitors can post comments?

[font "Calibri"]We are in the process now to create a web site where the company wants to have one section similar to a blog. They will use it for “Company News” where they will update information on the company. So far this is very easy with CMS Builder.
[font "Calibri"]However, the customer wants visitors to be able to post replies or comments. Not like a message board but more like a blog. Similar to this example:
