I found this thread for authorizing posts:
http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/Products_C2/CMS_Builder_F35/gforum.cgi?post=61341;search_string=approve;guest=49597902&t=search_engine#61341
It may have been for a previous version. I followed it to the letter and it doesn't seem to work. I am using version 1.28. Hidden field is showing with section contributor privileges (admin unchecked).
Should I be assigning other privileges?

Hi,
The followed the steps in the linked tutorial and it worked for me.
You need to set the Field Attributes in Advanced Options to check for Admin Only so other users can't change the setting.
If you like I can take a look, email your CMS Builder login details to consulting@interactivetools.com. Don't post them in the forum.
