Hi,
We have moved the hosting for one of our sites, and need the cms software re-installed. Can you advise me as to the procedure?

Hi there.
Thanks for the email!
The best place to start there would be to download a fresh copy of the CMS Builder files from our site. You'll have a link for that in the original email we sent you.
Once you get the fresh installation up and running, I'll go over how to get your section editors setup again.
Were you also planning on moving over your uploaded images and all the content you had entered into your sections? That can end up being a bit tricky.
Let me know either way though and we'll keep the ball rolling. Thanks!

Hi Ross,
Actually I've just ordered a software installation from you guys to take care of this - order #1245878387. I copied over the entire structure from our existing hosting and uploaded to the new one and hopefully that will make things easier.

Hi
Thanks for the update!
That's also a good place to start. One thing we still need to talk about though is your data. The basic software installation service isn't really setup to do data migration. We'll get the default version of your CMS Builder running though.
Do you also want to move your images and content over? Or are you looking to make a fresh start?
Let me know :).
